Welcome to Grenada — the hurricane haven of the Caribbean and the beating heart of the Bubbles fleet. Every season, sailors from every corner of the world sail here to wait out the hurricane season, swap stories, and breathe easy knowing they’ve made found a safe harbor.
SV Bubbles is safely tucked into Prickly Bay, home to the legendary Spice Island Marine — quite possibly the best boatyard on the planet and the perfect launchpad for what’s next.
This regatta is all about celebrating survival, Alex-style. Expect raft-ups that get out of hand, races that turn into adventures, movie nights on the beach you couldn't possibly top, and award ceremonies you’ll actually want to attend.
You’ve weathered the season — now it’s time to cut loose, raise a glass, and sail into the madness with your kind of people.

What You Need to Know
Coming by sea
The adventure starts on December 1st in Woburn Bay on the bustling South shoreline of Grenada.
Make sure to register your vessel before arrival so that we can make sure we've got a shirt with your name on it!
If you're willing to volunteer your time and vessel for our youth day camp and help us make an impact on local kids, let us know when signing up. The youth day camp will be on the 29th, so come early, be a legend!
Coming by air
You made it to Grenada — that means you’ve either booked a charter boat or a private vessel:

Charter guests: We’ll send you all the details for the marina where your boat is waiting.

Private vessel guests: You’ll meet your crew in St George's. (Specifics will be shared as the event nears)

Booking a private vessel does not give you the option to choose the kind of boat you'll be on. Instead, it ensures there's a berth with your name on it!

Make sure to land in Grenada by November 30th so you don’t miss the raft-up!
Once you’ve signed up, your spot is locked in — go ahead and book your flights into St. George’s.
Provisioning will be coordinated with your cabin mates. After that, the galley’s your kingdom — whether you’re living off ramen and PB&Js or caviar and stone crab, the choice (and the price tag) is 100% yours.
*This race ends in Carriacou, Grenada on December 4th. Charter guests will need to sail back south to get to St Georges to return the vessel. Individuals who booked a stay on a private boat have more options. You could hop on a charter boat headed south, grab a ferry, or plan a longer stay and ride with us north!
YOUTH DAY | November 29th
The Chasing Bubbles Youth Days are the heart of it all — the reason these regattas even exist. Held a day or two before each event, these days are all about getting local kids out on the water and showing them what’s possible beyond the shore. Because when you show a kid the horizon, you’re not just teaching them to sail — you’re showing them how big the world can be. Our mission is simple: to make a real impact, one child and one adventure at a time, empowering them to chase their own bubbles in life.
